Terms of Service & Return Policy

Customer Returns: Ship-A-Center LLC offers a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Please Read and Carefully Follow all the Return Instructions, Conditions, Warranties and Return Information

Return Instructions

  • 1) Contact us for a return:
    Contact our sales representative at contact.shipacenter@gmail.com.
    • The customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. You must email contact.shipacenter@gmail.com and notify us that you would like to return a product you purchased and if you would like to refund, replace or exchange.
    • In the email, you must include a copy of the order and receipt that was originally emailed/mailed to you upon purchase.  You must include your name, company name (Ship-A-Center LLC), order number item number and "Return" in the subject line.
  • 2) We will respond with a Return Order number:
    Upon receiving your email, we will then provide a Return Order number.  The customer is to include this number inside the return package.
  • 3) Shipping Requirements:
    Prepaid Shipping: Ensure all return shipping charges are prepaid.
    Insurance & Signature: The package must be insured for its full value, including shipping charges, and sent with signature-required service.
    • Returns sent without an Return Order number will not be accepted.  The Return Order number must be clearly written on or included inside the package.  The Return Order number must match the approved return request.
    • Insure your package for the value of the contents. You are liable if you fail to insure the package you are returning, exchanging or repairing in the event it becomes lost or damaged. Insurance costs involved in the prevention of loss and damage are very minimal. Insure your item for the total amount you paid when you purchased the item.
    • You are responsible for shipping charges on returns, exchanges and repairs.
    • Make no reference to the word jewelry or the contents that you are sending on the outside of the box.
    • Use only shipping carriers which provide a tracking receipt and insurance against the package.

  • 4) Company Name & Return Address:
    Please include the company name along with the following return address:

  • 5) After receiving, processing and inspection approval, a Refund, Replacement or Exchange will be issued.
    • Refunds, Replacements or Exchanges are issued after inspection approval.  Refund, replacement or exchange may be denied if the item fails inspection.

Additional Return Conditions

  • Item Condition:
    All returned items must be unworn and undamaged, in the original box, and include any original certificates where applicable.
    Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be refundable.
  • Processing Refunds:
    Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days after inspection approval.
    Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Special Orders:
    Custom mountings or pieces not specifically shown on our website are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
  • Color Disclaimer:
    While we strive to display our jewelry as accurately as possible, variations in computer monitors may cause slight differences in color and details.

Warranties and Returns

1. Product Excellence Guarantee:

Every product you buy from us must be free of manufacturer defects. Any defect must be reported within 21 days of delivery to qualify for warranty repair, credit, or replacement. Determination of manufacturer defect is made solely upon inspection by Ship-A-Center LLC and/or its supplier.

  • All  items are covered by a 21-day manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defective parts experienced under normal wear and the labor required to repair them. We cannot warranty any stones that we did not furnish.
  • Our warranty is valid only at Ship-A-Center LLC's supplier. Improper repair of warranty service performed by someone other than Ship-A-Center LLC's supplier will void this warranty.
  • All jewelry is genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value.
  • Ship-A-Center LLC disclaims any liability for consequential or accidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation will not apply to you.
  • The manufacturer's warranty is valid only in the USA.

2. Ring Sizing:

  • We will gladly re-size a ring purchased from us for up to 21-days for a nominal fee.
  • You will be responsible for shipping charges when sending an item to us for re-sizing.
  • Re-sizing will take approximately 2-7 business days.
  • Eternity Ring cannot be re-sized. Eternity rings incorrectly ordered with the wrong size does not fall under warranty. If you decide to return an eternity ring that does not fit a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

3. Jewelry Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Please be aware that our 21-day warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover the following:
    • General wear and tear such as scratches, dents, nicks or missing stones.
    • Although our jewelry is resistant to moisture, water damage is not covered.
    • Fading/chipping of the material on the product (which depends almost entirely on how you handle the product).
    • Lost or stolen parts.
    • Damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
    • Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the item while in the possession of the consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.

4. Follow the instructions given below carefully to send your item to be repaired:

  • You must email contact.shipacenter@gmail.com and notify us that you will be shipping your merchandise. You must include your name, company name (Ship-A-Center LLC), order number item number with the word “Warranty” in the subject of the email. Please provide detail explanation of what is wrong with the jewelry you are sending back.
  • Make no reference to the word jewelry or the contents that you are sending on the outside of the box.
  • You must include a copy of the original invoice along with the item you wish to have repaired.
  • All packages must be sent to the following address:

  • Insure your package for the value of the contents. You are liable if you fail to insure the package you are returning, exchanging or repairing in the event it becomes lost or damaged. Orders over $250 may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all return, refund, warranty, and inspection conditions outlined above.

Ship-A-Center LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping charges and are not considered valid returns unless processed under our Return Policy procedure.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Ship-A-Center LLC to resolve the matter may be considered a violation of this agreement.

Ship-A-Center LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions.
